ABOUT KATHERINE

Katherine is originally from South Hero in the Champlain Islands and moved back in 2006. Prior to returning to South Hero she lived in Burlington for many years. South Hero and Burlington remain favorite places to work; she know first-hand the charm and uniqueness of the communities.

Many clients have a favorite town, or an idea of what constitutes a dream house. Katherine has assisted people with both purchases and sales throughout Northwestern Vermont and she looks forward to introducing you to your new home and community.

In 2000 She began her real estate career shortly after graduation from the University of Vermont, majoring in Political Science and English. In September 2002, she joined Re/Max North Professionals.

In addition to real estate, she has been active in Burlington as a former board member of both Preservation Burlington and Burlington Housing Board of Review.

ABOUT NATE

Nate is originally from the Montpelier area. After high school he enlisted in the Marine Corps and served in the Marine Corps Reserves while attending the University of Vermont graduating with a bachelors degree in economics.  After UVM Nate spent the next seven years in banking primarily as a commercial loan officer.  He owns and manages a number of investment properties, both commercial and residential. 

Nate is involved in a couple of new construction projects in Chittenden County.  He also is a member of the Vermont Economic Development Authority Board of Directors.

Although Nate works with all sorts of buyers and sellers, he is particulary interested in new construction, investment, and lakefront property.   He looks forward to assisting clients in addressing their real estate needs.
